Job Title: Team Lead, Warehouse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Warehouse team at DSV. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including the management of stock, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the team is meeting targets.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with other teams, including management, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
