Job Title: Aerospace Account Manager

Job Summary:
Tata Technologies Europe Ltd is seeking an experienced Aerospace Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, delivering revenue and profits within the aerospace vertical, and working collaboratively with Practice, Marketing, and Delivery teams to farm and build new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop knowledge about clients' engineering and digital strategy, understand their key priorities and organisation strategy.
• Develop stakeholder mapping, build awareness of the company's services, and bring alignment between clients' strategy and our service offerings.
• Penetrate into new areas of business by understanding current engagements and leveraging internal relationships and learnings of key programmes.
• Build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, assess competition, and analyse their relationships, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Get a good understanding of the company's Share of Wallet (SOW) in key accounts and carry out comparison with competitors' SOW.
• Lead RFP submissions and their commercials, prepare and give executive pitch in RFP presentations, and own follow-up actions for winning opportunities.

Requirements:
• Good experience in Engineering and Digital Technology Services.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, an MBA degree (ideally).
• Must have handled a sales portfolio of USD 5-10Mn plus in previous roles.
• Must demonstrate a clear list of key deal wins within the engineering service sector.
• Selling offshore delivery experience is essential.
• Good team working ability.
• Ability to travel within UK and Europe.
• Understanding of aerospace engineering requirements, experience of working with the aerospace sector.
• Ability to speak European language (French desirable).
