Nursery Room Leader Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional standards of childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and education.
- Ensure compliance with OFSTED requirements and EYFS standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
Requirements:
- OFSTED recognised level 3 qualification or above in Early Years.
- Understanding of the EYFS and OFSTED requirements.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and education.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
