About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our dynamic team in the Outpatients Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our registered nurses in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Gynae and Urology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
  • Support the Admission and Discharge process, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Provide holistic and person-centred care, promoting health and independence for patients.
  • Implement care plans in accordance with patient needs and predicted discharge dates.
  • Contribute to the continuous monitoring of patient experience, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recognize and report any untoward incidents or errors, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
