About the Role

Achieving for Children is a Community Interest Company that has a public sector ethos, combined with the freedom to innovate, enabling us to do things differently. We are seeking a qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, CBT Therapist/Mental Health Clinician (Band 7 equivalent) to join our Emotional Health Service (EHS) team. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving the mental health of children and young people and putting them at the centre of all they do.

The EHS is a dynamic team of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists, Systemic Psychotherapists, and Creative Therapists. We have staff working in specialist posts in Social Care and Schools. We also have cluster teams at Richmond (base Twickenham) and Kingston (base Chessington). We have a strong sense of team and work together to support children and young people's emotional wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be part of an established team and be afforded many different opportunities to use their skills, including providing professional consultations, assessments, individual and group therapy. We welcome creative and innovative ways to deliver services.
