Diva Agency is seeking a talented Creative Director to lead our studio team and drive innovative campaigns for our gaming clients. As a seasoned professional with a passion for storytelling and immersive experiences, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that captivate audiences and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and develop creative solutions that align with their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform creative decisions and drive innovation.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and guiding junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Oversee the creative excellence and quality assurance of all studio work, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative business or agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing integrated strategic and campaign-led thinking.
  • Solid understanding of brand communications and how to engage with gamers at an emotional level.
  • Ability to clearly visualize ideas and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software and experience with QA and proofreading.
