About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Director to join our award-winning creative team at McCann Bristol. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and creators to deliver innovative and effective work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers and creators to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and implement design strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Design Director or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
