This role involves leading the bank's regulatory reporting function, working closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Head of Finance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting reports to the FCA, PRA, and Bank of England, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and Head of Finance on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and high-impact projects.
  • Overseeing financial controls and governance activities, including the coordination of monthly meetings and tracking of process control issues.
  • Supporting the production of annual UK statutory accounts and preparing financial data for Board presentations.
  • Managing internal reporting processes, tracking performance against business plans, and providing insightful variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial controls and UK statutory accounts expertise, as well as experience with FCA, PRA, and Bank of England submissions.
