Sales/Profile Administrator

We are recruiting a Sales/Profile Administrator to join our team in Telford area.

Job Overview:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with accounts to record sales invoices and purchase invoices.
  2. Process sales orders, maintaining accurate data and liaising with credit control.
  3. Raise proforma invoices as needed.
  4. Review sales orders for release and production, raising orders for the Profiles Department.
  5. Manage goods and service receivables, attaching documentation and certificates.
  6. Maintain logs and spreadsheets of Goods and Consumables purchased.
  7. Communicate with suppliers of goods and services.
  8. Run reports for management via ERP and Excel.
  9. Keep employee personnel files up to date.
  10. Prepare paperwork for stock take.
  11. Liaise with other departments and team members to implement company goals and policies.
  12. Maintain Health & Safety standards set by the company.
  13. Foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  2. Proficiency in English and Maths.
  3. Experience with Microsoft packages and good computing skills.
  4. Able to work independently and with attention to detail.
  5. Able to manage workload under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Package:
  • Working hours: 07:30 till 16:00 or 08:00-16:30 (Flexible hours).
  • Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour, estimated salary for the position is around £25,000 per annum based on full-time employment.
  • Full-time, 12-week temp to perm opportunity.
  • Potential for progression within a national company.
