Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored correctly.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and rotas are aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the team is aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks required by your direct line manager or senior leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available to work a variety of shifts.

Working Hours:

This role will be a guaranteed hours of 24 per week (working week being Monday – Sunday) excluding any eligible unpaid break of 20 minutes every 6 hours worked.

Hours worked above the minimum guaranteed hours will be paid at your normal hourly rate unless stated and agreed otherwise.

All time and attendance must be recorded accurately using the company's time and attendance system.

Working shifts must be scheduled and authorised by your line manager or senior management, mostly evenings.
