Job Title: Cleaning Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Team Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Cleaning Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that all areas are meeting the required standards.
  • Provide training and support to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure that all equipment and cleaning materials are maintained and stored correctly.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts.

Working Hours:

This role will be a guaranteed hours of 24 per week (working week being Monday – Sunday) excluding any eligible unpaid break of 20 minutes every 6 hours worked.

Hours worked above the minimum guaranteed hours will be paid at your normal hourly rate unless stated and agreed otherwise.

All time and attendance must be recorded accurately using the company's time and attendance system.

Working shifts must be scheduled and authorised by your line manager or senior management, mostly evenings.
