Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QC Inspector to join our Supply Chain team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will provide quality control inspection support to the Supply Chain Function, working closely with the Global Procurement team and Global Product Line Project Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control inspections and monitoring activities on new manufactured, repaired, or modified products.
  • Review documentation to determine conformance to Expro specified requirements.
  • Complete inspection and inspection release documentation upon completion of QC tasks.
  • Raise non-conformance reports against products that do not meet Expro specified requirements.
  • Ensure inspection measuring equipment is kept safe, clean, and in current calibration.
  • Visit customer facilities to perform inspection/testing within a 30-mile radius of Aberdeen.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar QC role.
  • Knowledge and experience with interpreting industry specifications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of materials and material test report review.
  • Knowledge and experience in various QC inspection techniques and equipment.
  • Professional certification or qualification through a recognized provider preferred.
  • Oil and Gas, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Experience with Custom Applications (Expro Insight, E-Trak, and Global Audit System) would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word).
