Job Title: Automotive Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

Brightwork Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections, testing, and evaluating the performance of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Test Products: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on our products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct NDT Inspections: Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
  • Document and Record Results: Accurately document and record the results of your inspections and tests, including any defects or non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with Production Team: Work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any quality issues or defects.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of quality procedures and protocols to ensure our products meet our quality standards.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and Improve Quality Processes: Continuously monitor and improve our quality processes to ensure we are meeting our quality standards and improving our products.

Requirements:

  • Education: HNC/C&G or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible approach, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certifications: MPI/LPI - SNT/PCN Level II (preferred but training will be provided).
