Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a student with autism in a Primary School setting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work one-to-one with the student, providing support and guidance to help them engage with lessons and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to the student, adapting teaching methods to meet their needs
  • Build strong relationships with the student, parents, and school staff
  • Be flexible and proactive in responding to the student's needs
  • Contribute to the development of the student's educational plan
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
