A fantastic opportunity is available to join the team at Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel, a Luxury 5* Corporate Hotel brand in East London.

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and guest-focused Front Office Manager to be a part of our main ambassador and central welcoming gem of the hotel, the Front Office Department.

Set within the historic wharfs and quays of East London, Canary Riverside Plaza is the only five-star independent hotel in Canary Wharf. The hotel offers stunning views of the River Thames and city beyond, with 142 spacious guest rooms and suites.

The successful candidate will oversee the Front Office Day and Night Operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and maximizing room occupancy at best rates. Key responsibilities include evaluating guest satisfaction, monitoring trends, and promoting the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a 5* Luxury Hotel in a proactive Front Office Manager role or currently working as a Reception Manager in a 5* Luxury Hotel Property looking to progress into a Front Office Manager position.

Other requirements include impeccable leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as analytical skills and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will also have a working knowledge of Opera Cloud system and be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and dedicated behavior.
