IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at DHU HealthCare. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, and applications software.
About the Role- Provide technical support across all areas of DHU Healthcare's IT and Telecoms services
- Deal with hardware and software support incidents or proactively
- Respond to software or hardware installation requests
- Manage, maintain, and develop desktop and mobile deployment utilities
This position requires strong communication skills, specifically able to communicate technical information in simple language to staff. The successful candidate will be able to travel between DHU sites to provide IT services and hold a valid driving license.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
