We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at cip marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the concept creation, organization, and execution of projects in event and retail marketing for our partner adidas and other brands.

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing concepts and project ideas to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead and manage the Brand Ambassador team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality performance.
  • Manage event vehicles, including test and try vans for adidas Running and Terrex, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Provide general administrative and project support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our team.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing.
  • Work experience in the sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods industry or with an agency.
  • Marketing experience preferred, with a strong understanding of retail and event marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and concepts.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.
  • Advanced user of MS Office, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
