About the Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Account Strategy Lead to join our team at Blazon Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive client success and grow our agency's reputation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Brand Strategies for our clients, aligning with their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns with creative excellence and delivery efficiency
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and drive business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance
- Manage project financials, ensuring timely delivery and staying within defined budgets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital Agencies or related fields, with a focus on Brand Strategy and Client Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Familiarity with project management software, CRM systems, and automation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications in our operations
What We Offer:
- Fully remote role with UK office hours, offering flexible contract options
- Competitive salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
