About the Role

The Office Facilities Coordinator will be an integral part of our Property Department, ensuring the efficient management of Head Office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily post.
  • Arrange deliveries to relevant departments.
  • Organize hotel bookings for HQ visitors.
  • Manage meeting rooms, including preparation and post-use clearance.
  • Arrange lunches for Head Office meetings and events.
  • Coordinate the provision of daily soup and sandwiches.
  • Monitor stationery stock levels and place orders as necessary.
  • Manage sundry stock, including café and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure photocopiers have sufficient stocks of copier paper.
  • Maintain kitchen areas, including daily coffee machine cleaning.

About You

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a strong background in facilities management and administration. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.
