At AXA Health, we're looking for a talented individual to support our Marketing and Communications team in shaping and delivering strategic intent across all audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase business and customer contributions.
  • Lead integrated initiatives, including new feature launches, mandatory activities, and special projects, to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Enable actionable insights through various methods, influencing key stakeholders and supporting the increase in customer satisfaction.
  • Bring high-quality external thinking to enhance our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Broad marketing experience, enabling different perspectives across Financial Services, Health, and Wellbeing activities.
  • Solid commercial understanding, with the ability to work in partnership with wider stakeholders.
  • Track record of seeking excellence in customer service.

The successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years, with an annual declaration in interim years.
