Job Title: Academy Principal

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as Academy Principal at East Riding College. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our college campuses in Beverley and Hull.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the college campuses in Beverley and Hull
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive college growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners
  • Ensure the college meets its financial and educational targets
  • Lead and manage a team of senior leaders and managers

Requirements:

  • First degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience of successful high-level leadership of an educational organisation
  • Strong understanding of the educational and financial/funding policy context for the FE and HE sectors
  • Ability to build and develop a successful management team
