Our Partnership consists of the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education together with The Academy Grimsby, Scarborough TEC, Skegness TEC, East Riding College with sites in Beverley, Hull and Bridlington, a Regional Employment Training Team (NET), a National Apprentice Training team, a Maritime and Logistics Company (MODAL) and other satellite offices throughout Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

We are now seeking a Principal for our East Riding College campus’ in Beverley and Hull.
In this role, you will be the lead Partnership contact for our East Riding provision, managing all aspects of the day-to-day operational functions of the campus and the delivery of the curriculum. The successful candidate will lead the campus delivery teams with inspiration, innovation and enthusiasm promoting and providing an excellent experience for all learners. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for maximising learners’ achievement of their goals and exceeding their potential addressing the learning needs of diverse client groups/individuals.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will hold a first degree or equivalent and have a firm understanding of the educational and financial/funding policy context for the FE and HE sectors. Proven experience of successful high-level leadership of an educational organisation is essential to this role as is building and developing a successful management team.
