We are seeking a Governance Specialist to join our team at Ga GmbH. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to manage a busy workload effectively.

As a Governance Specialist, you will work closely with schools and academy trusts to develop products and services that meet their needs. You will also provide high-quality advice and guidance on governance matters, manage information effectively, and maintain a properly constituted governing board.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of governance, effective communication, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a strong understanding of the role of the clerk in governing board meetings.
