Job Overview

DHU Healthcare, a leading community interest company, is seeking a skilled Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Leicestershire. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work at the forefront of healthcare transformation, delivering high-quality care to patients across the West and East Midlands.

We offer a competitive salary of £53,770 - £60,721, plus 30% enhancement for evenings and 45% enhancement for weekends. Our benefits package includes generous annual leave entitlement, NHS pension scheme, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and Health Cash Plan.

About the Role

As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent patient outcomes, adhering to the highest standards of professional practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with DHU Healthcare's values and standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Broad knowledge of complex and common conditions in primary care in both adults and children.
  • Experience in nurse-led clinics, emergency care centres, out of hours facilities, or walk-in centres.
