We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist - MSK to join our team at the Transformation Unit.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to work as part of our specialist team, providing high-quality care to children with musculoskeletal conditions. As a Clinical Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist - MSK, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and referring to paediatric MSK Outpatients or the Orthopaedic consultants as necessary.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of physiotherapy services within the specialist team, holding responsibility for defined projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat a complex paediatric caseload of children (0-15yrs, or 18yrs with special needs) using enhanced clinical decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of children's musculoskeletal disorders is essential.
  • Undertake an active role in developing physiotherapy within the speciality.
