At IntoUniversity, we believe that every young person deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their background. Our local learning centres offer a safe and supportive environment where young people can receive educational support, pastoral care, and motivational activities.

In this fixed-term role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational resources and activities that meet the needs of our young people. You will also provide individualised support to help them overcome barriers and achieve their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging educational resources and activities
  • Providing tailored support to young people
  • Collaborating with the centre team to monitor progress and set goals

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in a learning or community setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

£30,000 per annum (inclusive of £2,600 London contribution)
