About the role
Banking Circle is a leading provider of payment solutions to the global banking and payments sector. We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing accounts. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, managing & cultivating relationships, understanding client's needs, strategy and how Banking Circle can support their growth.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients
  2. Ensure high quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders
  3. Create account management plans and run QBRs for key clients
  4. Understand and collate client's business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders (including senior management)
  5. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams such as Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations

Requirements
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least a minimum of 4 years relationship management experience within payments, banking, acquiring or within the merchant division of a key financial services company.

You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
