Student Placement – Integrated Product Team Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Integrated Product Team as a placement student. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to our IPT Coaches and Production Lead, as well as contribute to specific improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all processes involved in running the IPT.
- Implement improvement projects as directed by the IPT Production Lead.
- Support investigations and follow-up issues arising from safety incidents, atypicals, or customer complaints.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects to realise improvements in Safety, Quality, Supply, or Cost.
- Comply with standards in policies, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Support IPT projects or tasks as required by IPT Coaches or Production Leads.
Requirements
- Third-year university student undertaking a BSc (Hons) degree in a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective communicator.
- Able to build effective working relationships quickly.
GMP Responsibilities
Required to comply with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions.
