Job Title: Conference and Banqueting Director

Description:

Pertemps Network Catering is seeking two experienced Conference and Banqueting Directors to join our team in Birmingham. As a Conference and Banqueting Director, you will be responsible for managing conferences and banquets from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute conferences and banquets from conception to delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and branding
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conference and banquet management, preferably in a hotel or conference center setting
  • Degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary: £31,000 per annum
