About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Let's Play, a leading childcare provider in the South East of England and The Midlands. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a range of sports activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions that are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes inclusivity and educational value
  • Develop and implement coaching programmes that meet the needs of children with mixed abilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and carers
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering sports activities to children aged 5-12
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with children and promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families
