About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Sports Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of sports and activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sports and activities to children of mixed ability, aged 5-12 years old.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes fun, engagement, and learning.
  • Develop and implement coaching programmes that cater to the needs of all children, ensuring a challenging and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and programmes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and carers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering sports and activities to children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes fun, engagement, and learning.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the role and the organisation.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of children and their families.
