Key Responsibilities:

- Change Management: Supporting the implementation of organizational changes and helping teams adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Communication Strategy: Developing and implementing effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about key developments and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, and external partners.
