Job Summary

This Specialist Teacher Assistant position involves working closely with students who require additional support in their academic studies. You will work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Salary Information:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH difficulties in a specialist school setting.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children and young people with SEMH difficulties.
  • Team Teach training and enhanced DBS certification required.
  • Degree in Education or related field.
