About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Resource Manager to join our team at McCann Central. As a key member of our Strategic and Creative functions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all bookings and casting of resource to ensure efficient workflow
  • Work closely with team leads to effectively cast work, utilizing senior and junior talent
  • Build strong relationships with business and project management leads
  • Communicate effectively to overcome challenges and provide solutions
  • Manage project schedules, plan for peak periods, and tackle resource challenges
  • Monitor team profitability, freelance budget management, and completion of timesheets
  • Stay up-to-date with the freelance market, building relationships and identifying new skillsets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Highly organized and disciplined with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external resources
  • Understanding of the creative process and ability to anticipate potential challenges
  • Experience in workflow management within creative businesses
