Creative Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Creative Resource Manager to join our team at McCann Central. As a key member of our Strategic and Creative functions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Birmingham office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all bookings and casting of resource to ensure efficient workflow
- Work closely with team leads to effectively cast work, utilizing senior and junior talent
- Build strong relationships with business and project management leads
- Communicate effectively to overcome challenges and provide solutions
- Manage project schedules, plan for peak periods, and tackle resource challenges
- Monitor team profitability, manage freelance budgets, and complete timesheets
- Stay up-to-date with the freelance market, building relationships and identifying new skillsets
