About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Resource Manager to join our team at McCann Central. As a key member of our Strategic and Creative functions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Birmingham operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all bookings and casting of resource to ensure efficient workflow
  • Work closely with team leads to effectively cast work, utilizing senior and junior talent as needed
  • Build strong relationships with business and project management leads to drive collaboration and communication
  • Monitor team profitability and manage freelance budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Stay up-to-date with the freelance market, building relationships with vendors and identifying new skillsets to support our clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges
