Job Title: Global Head of Community

PTW International is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Community Management division. As Global Head of Community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our global client base and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement successful community teams, strategies, and practices to support client needs and requirements.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progression and evaluate ROI.
  • Collaborate with the PTW Community department to identify and propose innovative solutions, projects, and opportunities to deliver great player experiences.
  • Support Sales and Marketing by providing input and feedback on proposals.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in community management within the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of regional markets, trends, and dynamics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and coaching people.
  • Strong understanding of game genres and associated player personas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Collaborative, team-focused, and community-first mindset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
