Job Title: Global Head of Community

Location: Remote, with opportunities to work from various locations in North America, Europe, and beyond.

Contract: Full-Time

PTW International is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Community Management division. As the Global Head of Community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our global client base and internal projects. With a strong focus on community growth and engagement, you will work closely with our clients to create innovative solutions that drive player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community strategies to support client needs and goals.
  • Lead a team of Community Managers, Social Media Managers, and Moderation teams to ensure seamless community operations.
  • Collaborate with PTW's Community department to identify and propose innovative solutions, projects, and opportunities to enhance client games and deliver exceptional player experiences.
  • Support Sales and Marketing by providing input and feedback on proposals.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community growth, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Community Management within the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of regional markets, trends, and dynamics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and coaching teams.
  • Strong knowledge of community and social channel analytics, sentiment trends, and ability to build high-quality reports.
  • Measurable success record in establishing and growing communities.
  • Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
