About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents

Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND
  • Strong understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping students succeed
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
