About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Home-based Caseworker. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective management of cases within Surrey Police and national procedures.

Key Tasks
  1. Maintain and update police databases and records to ensure accurate and timely retrieval of information.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to enquiries from various stakeholders.
  3. Collate and disseminate digital information to support the smooth running of cases.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Working Arrangements

This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly from home, subject to successfully completing a 6-month probation period. You will have access to a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme (LGPS), generous annual leave allowance, and on-site gyms and sports clubs.
