Job Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Andrews Recruitment Group. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initial strategic concepts that meet project briefs and regulatory standards
  • Lead the design of mechanical services on large projects
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills
  • Collaborate with the team leader to monitor financial performance and explore innovative working methods
  • Uphold a strong reputation within the industry while adhering to quality management and risk control procedures
Requirements:

You should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Building Services Engineering. This educational background will provide you with the foundational knowledge necessary to thrive in this role. Additionally, your experience in a multidisciplinary environment will be invaluable, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with both internal colleagues and external clients to ensure that project objectives are met.
