Job Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Andrews Recruitment Group. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initial strategic concepts that meet project briefs and regulatory standards
  • Lead the design of mechanical services on large projects
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills
  • Collaborate with the team leader to monitor financial performance and explore innovative working methods
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented approach
