Job Title: Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our Resource Engineering team at NEC Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding NEC Public Safety's DSX & Vision product suite of solutions at both hardware and software levels.
  • Providing technical support and answering queries made by customers on NEC Public Safety managed products, operational/configuration, or performance enhancement.
  • Working in a shift pattern, including nights, to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Administering and working with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server up to 2016.
  • Providing practical experience in TCP/IP network support and MS Business Applications, including Excel, Visio, and Word.
  • Working to ITIL best practices and contributing to the team's success.
