Helpdesk Administrator Role

PRS LTD is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Salford Quays. This contract role pays £13.33 per hour, based on working Monday to Friday 37 hours a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating workflow from the Helpdesk and Maximo processes, linking into the Operational Planned Maintenance Team. Key duties include client call handling, creating faults on the CMMS, and providing day-to-day support for the CAFM system operated at the site.
In this role, you will monitor CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) and associated Estates services data management, including reporting and monitoring of all tasks logged on the system. You will also support the Planning & Coordination lead to monitor the operation of the Payment Mechanism for Estates on the Manchester PFI site.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to deliver CAFM reports in compliance with the PFI Contract requirements
- Analytical and judgemental skills, with the ability to plan and organize effectively

Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare context
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills using a logical approach
- Experience working in a pressurized environment
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and legislative matters
- Computer literacy and good mathematical skills
