Leakage Operational Performance Manager

About the Role:
South West Water is seeking a skilled Leakage Operational Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of our leakage reduction efforts. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to reduce water loss and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce water loss and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Provide training and support to operational staff on new processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with water utility operations and leakage management preferred
