Leakage Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Leakage Site Manager to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a key member of our water network operations team, you will be responsible for leading a field team of night workers in undertaking step testing and network activities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in network and leakage management, with experience in leading teams and managing performance. You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our team members, as well as investigating incidents and accidents.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for water network operations and are looking for a challenging role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a field team of night workers in undertaking step testing and network activities
- Manage performance and investigate incidents and accidents
- Ensure the health and safety of team members
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Network and leakage management experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license
