Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Parts Supply Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering services delivery team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers, providing high-quality composite parts and ensuring the company's financial sustainability.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage commercial activities, including estimating and cost control, to maintain profitability.
  3. Develop innovative manufacturing solutions for complex parts, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
  4. Design and develop tools when required, to support production needs.
  5. Oversee the maintenance of accurate project records, including progress updates, sales orders, and delivery notes.
  6. Work closely with customers to establish clear project requirements, ensuring effective communication and expectations.
  7. Create detailed engineering management plans, including resource allocation and scheduling estimates.
  8. Ensure timely procurement of materials, either directly or through delegation.
  9. Modify layup books and sign-off sheets as necessary, to reflect changes in part designs or quality issues.
  10. Collaborate with the quality team to ensure adherence to best practices.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, paid on a bi-weekly basis. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
