**Job Title:** Home Support Specialist
**Location:** Various locations in the UK
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
**Salary:** £13.20 - £14.30 per hour (double rate on bank holidays)
Job Description:
We require our Home Support Specialists to have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with our clients. Your duties will include:
- Meal preparation and supporting clients to maintain healthy nutrition and hydration
- Light cleaning and assisting clients with various tasks around the home
- Personal care
- Medication support (where necessary)
- Companionship
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A full, clean UK Driver's License (preferred)
- Access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and compassionate nature
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
