Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, with an increased rate of £14 per hour outside of these hours. Additionally, double rates apply on Bank Holidays. Flexible working hours and mileage are also available.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Care Professional. In this role, you will provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders. You will also support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.

You will be responsible for carrying out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Additionally, you will accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as required. It is essential to monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team. Foster positive relationships with clients and the Office Team, ensuring open communication and respect.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. Strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions, are required. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred. Willingness to undergo security checks required for the role is also necessary.
