We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Scientist to join our team at Kleboe Jardine Ltd. As an Imaging Scientist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our scientific team in developing products and services for the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in performing drug testing, immunofluorescent imaging, immunohistochemistry with antibody staining, histology techniques, and 3D cell culture work. They will also be proficient in statistical data analysis interpretation and visualisation, with experience in advanced microscopy, image analysis, and 3D imaging.

Key responsibilities will include performing immunofluorescent imaging on patient samples and 3D-printed tumours, maintaining up-to-date inventory of frozen samples, and reporting results of QC assays. The Imaging Scientist will also assist with routine cell culture maintenance, keep Electronic Lab Notebook (Benchling) updated, and contribute to internal development projects to advance our offering.

Essential criteria include:

  • Experience in drug testing
  • Immunofluorescent imaging
  • Immunohistochemistry with antibody staining
  • Histology techniques
  • 3D cell culture work
  • Statistical data analysis interpretation and visualisation
  • Advanced microscopy, image analysis, and 3D imaging
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
  • Strong communication and organisation skills

Desirable criteria include experience working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a quality environment and experience in analysing patient databases, genetic and bioinformatics data.
